Nestled in Oak Creek Canyon along the lush banks of Oak Creek at the base of the surrounding red rock mountains, the spring fed waters of Oak Creek create this healing, magical oasis. Briar Patch is a quiet blending of 9 acres, cozy cottages, majestic canyon oaks, dappled sunlight, squirrels, sheep, and a caring staff.

Pamper yourself! The Briar Patch Inn offers massage and facial services, all within a warm and inviting natural setting.

HIKE THE RED ROCKS!

Sedona is known throughout the world for it's abundance of natural beauty and energy!

We will be surrounded by the stunning colors of Sedona! Immerse yourself into the beautiful red rocks of Sedona on our optional group hike, explore nature and feel the healing effects from the vortexes throughout the area. You’ll also have some free time to explore Sedona on your own.

Yoga with Taylor Wray!

Mornings will begin with 90 minutes of an energizing vinyasa flow
A beautiful moving meditation as we link breath with movement and build strength, sweat, cleanse the body and create flexibility. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more open and awake!

Evenings will give you the opportunity to unwind and restore with 90 minutes of a relaxing slow flow/restorative/yin yoga practice. Included will be Yoga Nidra sessions, a guided visualization/meditation that works deeply to heal the body and mind, along with other mindfulness techniques. These practices are tools to help reduce anxiety, stress, low energy and trouble sleeping. You can’t help but notice the powerful positive benefits from meditation, deep breathing and slowing things down.

Thursday October 3
Arrive in the afternoon to settle into your cozy cabin! Opening Welcome Circle late afternoon will be followed by yoga and then a yummy dinner together at Briar Patch in the main cabin.

Friday and Saturday
Morning energizing vinyasa flow followed by the Briar Patch Inn’s famous, delicious breakfast.

We plan to venture out together for a group hike in the Red Rocks on Friday. After the hike we’ll eat lunch in town together! Saturday is yours to choose… free time to relax with a massage or facial at Briar Patch, explore Sedona, adventure into the Red Rocks, lunch in Sedona, or stay cozy at the cabin with a good book by the fireplace.

Evenings will begin with a meditative, restorative yoga practice and meditation to unwind followed by dinner together at the cabins!

Sunday
Closing circle, morning vinyasa flow and farewell breakfast to top off the weekend!
